Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal for a Project Manager - Solar Water Pump.The role includes managing the field team, coordinating with other departments, optimizing production processes, and Vendor & Government bodies management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent skills in Project Planning, Coordination and followup.
• Strong background in Operations Management and optimizing processes
• Effective Team Management abilities and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management related to project
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work on-site in Bhopal and manage a state
• Experience in the solar water pump project
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Inspect facilities and analyze operational data 
• Maintain compliance as per norms.
• Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development. 
• Determine and present estimates of operational costs.
• Evaluate operations and processes.
• Liasoning with Government authorities.
• Implement improvements to designs and processes
• Able to handle dealer, installer activity and progress
• Compile and present reports explaining project details to technical stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, compliance with specifications and standards 
• Can lead field team, assign tasks, provide training and support 
• Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines 
• Maintain detailed documentation at all the stages of the project.
• Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcome
