Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead civil and interior projects from inception to completion. This role demands strong vendor management, deadline orientation, budgeting skills, and project execution capability.

You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Prepare detailed project timelines, execution plans, and resource allocation.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, supervise work progress, and resolve site issues promptly.
• Ensure all work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Identify, negotiate, and onboard vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Schedule and lead regular vendor review meetings.
• Ensure vendor deliverables match project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor vendor performance and enforce accountability.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare project budgets and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
• Ensure work is completed within the approved budget.
• Track expenses, manage cost overruns, and verify vendor bills before processing.
• Assist in billing clients and follow up for timely payments.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Serve as the single point of contact for clients during project execution.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively address client concerns and manage expectations.

Timeline & Quality Assurance

• Monitor project milestones and ensure deadlines are met without compromise on quality.
• Perform site audits and quality checks periodically.
• Ensure final handover meets all compliance, aesthetic, and functional requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of civil construction & interior fit-out processes.
• Excellent knowledge of project budgeting, billing, and procurement.
• Hands-on experience in vendor coordination and on-site supervision.
• Effective communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and project documentation.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver under pressure.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on project management experience in civil/interior work.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately and attend face-to-face interviews at our New Delhi office.
