Educational Qualifications:

• Graduated in Civil / Environmental Engineering

• Post-graduate in Urban Planning / Water Resources

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for social infrastructure projects (schools, health centres, water supply, sanitation, community assets, etc.).
• Manage feasibility studies, technical designs, and cost estimates.
• Ensure DPRs meet government guidelines, codes, and donor-funded agency standards.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams (engineers, social experts, environmental specialists, economists).
• Prepare inception, interim, draft, and final DPRs.
• Liaise virtually with stakeholders and provide guidance on technical and managerial aspects.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven expertise in DPRs for social infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, planning, and quality assurance skills.
• Familiarity with government & donor-funded project frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
