Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. 

Responsibilities

1. Set project timeline
2. Monitor project deliverables
3. Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
4. Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.
5. Lead planning, scheduling, and project execution.
6. Manage consultants, contractors, and vendors.
7. Review drawings, method statements, and site QA/QC.
8. Monitor budgets, procurement, and subcontractor bills.
9. Ensure statutory and RERA compliance.
10. Enforce ISO-based safety and environmental protocols.
11. Conduct site meetings and client progress updates.

Qualifications

- B.E/B.Tech Civil with 10–15 years' experience.

- Strong leadership, Primavera/MSP proficiency.

- PMP certification preferred.
