The scrum master should be 50% PM – Reporting and finance should be strong.

50% Agile methodology – Not very heavy on Scrum Certification but Strong PM is needed.

• The Project Manager would encompass overseeing technical project delivery for Data Warehouse, ensuring that business and technical requirements are met. This role oversees data design and the creation of database architecture and data repositories.
• Primary Job Duties:
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in delivering application development projects, along with a minimum of 3+ years as a technical lead
• • Demonstrating leadership skills and possessing a track record of managing the delivery of technical work via analysts, developers, and testers.
• • Successful track record of managing project financials in alignment with a project budget.
• • Strong project management skills, with experience in organizing, planning, and executing large scale projects from vision through implementation, involving internal personnel, contractors, and vendors
• • Strong Technical knowledge with hands-on experience, managing application development
• • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
• • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
• • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment 

Scrum Master requirement: 

• Scrum Master:
• Ensures the team is practicing Agile principles.
• Partners with, coaches and supports Product Owner in managing the backlog to ensure it is properly prioritized and appropriately sized.
• Facilitates all Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, planning meetings, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demos).
• Establishes, tracks and communicates agile metrics (such as team velocity and sprint progress/burn down chart) to team, management and any impacted stakeholders.
• Facilitates alignment and assists Product Owner and Delivery Team with making appropriate commitments.
• Scrum certification is mandatory for this role
• Health Insurance domain knowledge is preferred
