Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

• Identify and acquire new B2B/B2C project clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, and consultants.
• Present customized project proposals based on site surveys and technical discussions.
  

Project Management

• Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned projects from lead conversion to installation and closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, logistics) for timely execution.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  

Revenue & Budget Management

• Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Prepare cost estimates and ensure project profitability.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and manage cost control measures.
  

Market & Competitor Analysis

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and construction innovations.
• Recommend strategy adjustments based on market insights.
