You will be working as a Sales Consultant - Project Manager at StratefiX Consulting, based in Surat, in a full-time on-site role. Your main responsibilities will include managing sales projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized consulting solutions. Your daily tasks will involve client meetings, project management, strategic planning, and working with the consulting team to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your Sales Consulting and Customer Service skills effectively - Apply your experience in Consulting and Strategic Planning to deliver high-quality solutions - Demonstrate your ability to manage projects and work collaboratively with the team - Lead consulting assignments in strategy, sales, marketing, and overall business areas to address client challenges - Drive clients' growth to achieve desired outcomes, meeting both short-term milestones and long-term objectives - Supervise a team of consultants on assigned projects to ensure the achievement of desired KPIs - Engage with clients at Director or CXO Level and their on-site teams to deliver desired results - Develop and implement Business Growth Strategy on-site and off-site, solving complex business problems - Conduct thorough market research and stay updated with Business Trends in various industries - Establish long-lasting relationships with clients Qualifications: - Possess Project Management and Expediting skills - Have experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, FMCD, or Management Consulting - Demonstrate expertise in B2B Sales, Channel Sales, Distribution Sales, and Retail Sales - Knowledge of Sales Strategy and Business Growth Strategy design - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders - MBA preferred or Bachelor's degree in Business or Management Note: Please refrain from applying if your background experience lies in the IT Industry, Insurance Industry, or EdTech Industry.
