• Leading team of consultants appointed on assigned projects to make sure, desired KPIs are achieved.

• Dealing with clients (Director or CXO Level) and also a client site team to achieve the desired results.

• Designing Business Growth Strategy and Implementation of Business Growth Strategy, on-site and off site too Solving the complex business problems.
• Conduct in-depth market research and understand the Business Trends in various industries.
• Make sure, long-lasting relationships with clients are built up.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Project Management and Expediting skills

• Experience into Any Manufacturing, FMCG, FMCD, Management Consulting etc.

• Experience into B2B Sales, Channel Sales, Distribution Sales, Retail Sales.

• Knowledge into Sales Strategy, Business Growth Strategy designing.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders
• MBA preferred Or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management.
