Job Description

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of a Greenfield pharmaceutical project from inception to operational handover.
Team Management:
Lead a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, architects, contractors, and regulatory experts, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Budget Oversight:
Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
Timeline Management:
Establish and monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and the project stays on schedule.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all project activities comply with local and international regulatory standards and quality assurance protocols.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including senior management, regulatory bodies, and external partners.
Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
Resource Allocation:
Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize project efficiency.
Reporting:
Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.
