Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 3-5 years only of experience to oversee IT projects from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of project management tools, be well-versed in Agile methodology, and preferably hold a Scrum Management Certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end project delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Track and manage project progress using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and communication are up-to-date and transparent.
• Deliver projects aligned with client requirements, organizational goals, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years only of experience in project management in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand, manage, and communicate complex technical requirements across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM) or equivalent.
• Experience in managing software development projects in Agile environments.
• Proven experience in handling international clients and managing cross-cultural project expectations effectively.
