Project Manager / Project Lead

As a Project Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in managing implementation projects for Global Pharma Companies, Healthcare Innovators, Healthcare Providers, and more. Your responsibilities will include project planning, monitoring, stakeholder management, client success planning, cross-functional collaboration, feedback gathering, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed project plans for product implementation and ensure execution according to the plan - Track and monitor progress, providing status updates and reports - Actively manage Regulatory and Compliance activities and document milestones for audit purposes - Provide training and support to partners, identifying gaps, and leading workshops for defining client specific requirements - Act as the single point of contact for clients and establish regular connections with client stakeholders - Develop and implement strategic account plans for partners, monitor key performance metrics, and demonstrate the value of our solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate partner needs and contribute to overall partner satisfaction - Gather feedback from partners, drive continuous improvement of our products and services Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in managing product implementation projects, customer success, key account management, or related fields - Experience in handling projects for clients in the Pharma/Healthcare domain - Understanding of Regulatory and Compliance requirements for Healthcare Desired Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously - Highly independent with experience in setting and managing timelines - Entrepreneurial drive with a proactive and solution-oriented approach - Familiarity with the digital health/healthcare industry is a plus,
