About Us We are a growing digital health company focused on creating impactful digital health solutions. We're looking for a talented Junior Designer who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately to our product and marketing initiatives across multiple touchpoints. Role Overview We're seeking a self-sufficient UX/UI Designer with 1-2 years of professional design experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires someone who can work independently from day one, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to create compelling user experiences and materials. Healthcare or digital health experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities Product Design Design intuitive user interfaces and user experiences for our digital health platform Create detailed mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into user-centered design solutions Work closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Maintain and evolve our design system and component library Support product iterations based on user feedback and analytics Marketing Design Design marketing materials across print and digital channels including: Website pages and landing pages Social media graphics and templates Print collateral (flyers, brochures, one-pagers) Email campaign assets Infographics and data visualizations Trade show and conference materials Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign creative concepts Required Qualifications 1-2 years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance) Portfolio demonstrating both UX/UI and marketing design work Proficiency in Figma (primary design tool) Ability to understand digital health requirements and work independently to design solutions that meet complex healthcare needs Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices Experience with UI design patterns, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches Knowledge of design systems and component-based design Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (collaboration with developers) Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout Strong communication and collaboration skills Self-starter mentality Preferred Experience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated industries Understanding of healthcare workflows, patient privacy (HIPAA), and accessibility requirements Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing Knowledge of web analytics and A/B testing principles Familiarity with additional design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.) What We Offer Competitive salary Professional development opportunities Collaborative, mission-driven work environment Opportunity to make a real impact on patient health outcomes Flexible work arrangements Application Requirements Resume/CV Portfolio link showcasing both product design and marketing design work Brief cover letter explaining your interest in digital health and why you're ready to contribute
