Project Manager / Project Lead

As a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing implementation projects for Global Pharma Companies, Healthcare Innovators, and Healthcare Providers. Your role will involve project planning and monitoring, product fitment, stakeholder management, client success planning, cross-functional collaboration, feedback, and improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed project plans for product implementation and ensure execution as per plan - Track and monitor progress, provide status updates, and manage regulatory and compliance activities - Provide training and support to partners, identify gaps, and define client-specific requirements - Act as the single point of contact for clients and establish regular connect with client stakeholders - Develop and implement strategic account plans, monitor key performance metrics, and report value to partners - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate partner needs and contribute to overall partner satisfaction - Gather feedback from partners and drive continuous improvement of products and services Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing product implementation projects, customer success, key account management, or related field - Experience in handling projects for clients in Pharma/Healthcare domain - Understanding of Regulatory and Compliance requirements for Healthcare Desired Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with English fluency - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously - Highly independent with experience in setting and managing timelines - Entrepreneurial drive, proactive, solution finder, and go-getter - Familiarity with the digital health/healthcare industry is a plus,
