Job Title: Project Manager – ERP Projects

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Job Summary

Professional Soft-Tech is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver ERP implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end ERP projects, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead ERP project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple clients and industries
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Manage cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and QA professionals
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Prepare project documentation, status reports, and post-implementation reviews
Ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
Proven track record of successful ERP implementations
Strong understanding of ERP modules like Finance, HR, Inventory, and CRM
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
