Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT services including web development, software solutions, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through online platforms, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in business development or sales (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with IT services, bidding portals, and freelancing platforms is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
