Strong client-facing experience, handling multiple stakeholders and escalations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects. Strong strategic planning and business acumen, with the ability to align IT initiatives with organizational objectives. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams. Deep understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks, including relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM). Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with PMI or PRINCE2 certification preferred. Broad technical knowledge across infrastructure, applications, and emerging technologies, with experience in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Proven experience managing complex IT budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to achieve cost savings and operational efficiencies. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
