Introduction

Your Role And Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Applications implementations, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, architecture, engineering, and client stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards.
• Facilitate agile project management methodologies, fostering collaboration, transparency, and iterative development to meet evolving business needs.
• Oversee risk management activities, identifying potential obstacles and devising mitigation strategies to safeguard project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and quality assurance, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes and address any deviations from plan.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and clients, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, managing expectations, and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, including resource allocation, expense tracking, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices throughout the project
  

Preferred Education

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in enterprise software project management, with a strong focus on Oracle Applications.
• Proven track record of successfully managing Oracle Applications implementations, from pre-sales to post-implementation support.
• In-depth understanding of Oracle Applications modules, including Financials, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2, Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or equivalent project management certifications are highly preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud computing principles, architectures, and service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Knowledge of integration middleware, such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC
