Job Description

Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Applications implementations, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, architecture, engineering, and client stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards.

Facilitate agile project management methodologies, fostering collaboration, transparency, and iterative development to meet evolving business needs.

Oversee risk management activities, identifying potential obstacles and devising mitigation strategies to safeguard project delivery.

Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and quality assurance, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes and address any deviations from plan.

Provide regular status updates to senior management and clients, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.

Cultivate strong client relationships, managing expectations, and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage project budgets, including resource allocation, expense tracking, and variance analysis.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices throughout the project

Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in enterprise software project management, with a strong focus on Oracle Applications.

Proven track record of successfully managing Oracle Applications implementations, from pre-sales to post-implementation support.

In-depth understanding of Oracle Applications modules, including Financials, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2, Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills

Preferred technical and professional experience

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or equivalent project management certifications are highly preferred.

Familiarity with cloud computing principles, architectures, and service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

Knowledge of integration middleware, such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC
