Job Description

This role will oversee complex, cross-functional projects spanning Finance (ERP), Supply Chain (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of project leadership, functional expertise, and stakeholder management to drive digital transformation and business value. A few responsibilities would be:

Define and manage the end-to-end Oracle Cloud transformation project scope, schedule, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.

Track project progress, manage changes, and resolve issues to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

Ensure that Oracle Cloud solutions align with business goals and industry best practices.

Identify project risks and issues, assess their impact, and implement effective mitigation plans.

Track and manage project budget, vendor contracts, and procurement related to the Oracle Cloud program.

Ensure high-quality solution delivery through robust QA practices.

Coordinate training, communication, and change management activities.

Support business readiness and user adoption of Oracle Cloud applications

Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise

Proven experience managing end-to-end Oracle Cloud projects.

PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage vendors and global project teams.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud application lifecycle and architecture.

Ability to manage vendors and global project teams.

Experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs, ideally in a matrixed or global environment.
