Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Agile, Scrum, PLC, SDLC, STLC, IT Project Management, and possess excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. The candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and manage end-to-end execution of IT projects.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, budget, risks, and resource planning.
• Prepare and maintain BRD, SRS, FRS, Project Plans, Risk Registers, and Status Reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, business users, and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, STLC, PLC, quality standards, and compliance.
• Monitor and control project progress, deliverables, and quality assurance activities.
• Perform data analysis for decision-making, forecasting, and process optimization.
• Manage change requests, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure successful and timely delivery of project outcomes with client satisfaction.
