Project Manager – Manufacturing / Operations

Location: Tiptur, Karnataka
Experience: 7–15 Years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project operations, financial controls, compliance, and supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, operational understanding, and hands-on experience in manufacturing or plant environments.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Operational Management

Oversee complete project operations with strong numerical accuracy.
Manage invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements with accurate reporting.

Financial & Compliance Management

Prepare MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
Support budgeting, CAPEX planning, cost allocation, and product costing.
Handle GST filings, import/export documentation, and taxation compliance.

Supply Chain & Inventory Oversight

Coordinate with customs, excise, CHA, and government departments for compliance.
Lead stock audits, GRN, Gate In/Out processes, and improve supply-chain efficiency.

Process & Control

Act as site financial controller ensuring discipline and compliance.
Build SOPs, enforce process adherence, and support internal/external audits.
Collaborate with international teams on reporting and operations.

Tools & Systems

Work extensively on MS Office, SAP, and Tally for reporting and documentation.

Leadership Support

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
