Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate our ongoing interior projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, client satisfaction, and timely delivery of modular furniture projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate ongoing interior projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction

- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Site Supervisor, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

- Ensure effective client coordination, communication, and relationship management

- Monitor on-site execution, ensuring that projects are executed according to plans and timelines

- Ensure modular furniture is delivered to the site and installed according to the project timeline

- Manage manpower resources, including labor and site staff

- Take on-site measurements and ensure accuracy in project execution

- Handle billing and payment follow-up, ensuring timely payments from clients

- Maintain project documentation, including records of progress, issues, and resolutions

- Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve project-related issues

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field

- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, interior design, or a related field

- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and software

- Ability to travel to project sites as required

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of interior design principles and modular furniture installation

- Experience with project management software and tools

- Familiarity with billing and payment processes
