Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of civil and electrical construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with company objectives.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and delays.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards on all project sites.
• Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and project documentation to management and clients.
• Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Handle client communication, approvals, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 8–12 years of project management experience in civil and electrical infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale EPC/industrial/commercial projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound understanding of construction codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams.
