B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering

Experience:

15–20 years of experience in civil construction projects
Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in
railway and/or highway infrastructure
Prior experience as
Deputy Project Manager or Project Manager
is essential

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and manage large-scale civil infrastructure projects (railways/highways) from initiation to completion
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for seamless execution
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
Resolve on-site challenges and ensure timely project delivery within budget
Lead and mentor project teams to achieve performance excellence

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication skills in
English & Hindi
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
