Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide the project team by providing direction, support, and mentorship in CRM (D365), Dataverse, and .NET projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business users to capture requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the team.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate with deployment teams to ensure smooth release cycles, including release documentation and handover.
  • Work with support teams to address post-deployment issues and ensure minimal business disruption.
  • Provide accurate reporting and escalate critical challenges to senior management when needed.
  • Drive estimation, sprint planning, and daily work prioritization for the team.
  • Encourage innovation and propose improvements in applications, processes, and development practices.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Minimum 12–15 years of IT experience with at least 8–10 years in Project/Team Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and .NET-based solutions (mandatory).
  • Strong background in IT system development and implementation life cycle.
  • Experience managing cross-functional technical teams in dynamic environments.

Functional & Technical Skills

  • Good understanding of Azure/CRM/D365 functional and technical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with integrations between D365, Dataverse, and .NET applications.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of guiding the team on technical and functional decisions.
