Role Overview:

This entry-level role supports end-to-end project delivery for internal tools and product initiatives, coordinating planning, schedules, communication, and risk tracking. Partner with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to keep projects on track, align stakeholders, and gain hands-on experience with modern practices like Agile and AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in scoping projects, breaking work into milestones, and maintaining timelines/dependencies.

Update project boards in tools like Linear or Trello, follow up on action items, and facilitate standups/syncs.

Capture decisions, risks, next steps; publish updates and coordinate stakeholders to resolve blockers.

Track risks/issues, propose mitigations, escalate as needed, and support resource tracking.

Conduct quality checkpoints, prepare weekly status reports/dashboards, and organize AI experiments (e.g., prompt runs).

Contribute to internal tools (CRMs, refunds, lead-scoring), AI features (tutoring, automation), and process improvements.

Qualifications:

0 - 5 months in project coordination, management, or tech/ops internships.

Bachelor’s in engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban, project tools (Linear/Trello), docs/spreadsheets, and communication platforms.

Strong skills in communication, organization, prioritization, and stakeholder management.

Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
