Job Description

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical specifications.

Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with development teams to design and implement technical solutions that meet business objectives and follow best practices.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to proactively prevent delays or cost overruns.
Develop and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges during project execution.
Oversee the testing and validation of deliverables to ensure they meet required standards and specifications.
Implement quality assurance processes and conduct regular reviews to maintain the integrity of project deliverables.
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
Allocate resources effectively, balancing project needs with available talent and tools to optimize outcomes.
Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Introduce best practices and innovative approaches to enhance project quality and effectiveness.
Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project goals.
