Job Summary

Project Manager

This role will act as a pivotal bridge between departments to ensure streamlined operations, technological alignment, and delivery excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
5–10 years of experience in project management, technical leadership, or cross-functional team supervision—preferably in EdTech or education services
Experience managing technical teams, web development projects, CRM solutions, and third-party vendors
Prior experience in academic partnerships or sales support is a plus

Key Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

Understanding of any programming languages, web development practices, and CRM systems
Familiar with Agile methodologies, project tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Asana), and version control (Git)
Ability to evaluate code quality and development best practices

Project Management

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical/reporting skills (Excel/BI tools)
Experience managing hybrid or remote teams

Leadership & Communication

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solution-oriented with conflict-resolution abilities

Operational Skills

Data-driven decision-making
Strong documentation and SOP implementation abilities
Comfort with ambiguity and building scalable systems from scratch
