Role Overview: You will be responsible for end-to-end management of a single project up to TCV of 500K with time and effort based or deliverable based model. Your role involves delivering the agreed scope within the agreed timeline and cost, ensuring the success and acceptance criteria of the project are met to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Identify key stakeholders ensuring establishment and maintaining positive business relationships among stakeholders (internal or external) - Maintain regular communication with customers, addressing their needs through empathy with their environment - Define activities, responsibilities, critical milestones, resources, skills needs, interfaces, and budget to optimize costs, time utilization, minimize waste, and deliver projects on time, on budget as per the contract and agreed scope with high-quality results - Anticipate all possible risks, manage them by applying suitable risk management strategy, and develop contingency plans - Implement the governance model defined for similar projects - Track and report project KPIs, analyze project health, and implement software delivery methodologies to improve project KPIs - Provide individual and team mentoring, ensuring high levels of team engagement and developing capabilities within the team - Adopt and build software engineering best practices that can be leveraged by other teams Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in project management with a focus on project delivery and customer satisfaction - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders - Proficiency in risk management, governance, and software delivery methodologies - Ability to analyze project metrics and make data-driven decisions to ensure project success - Knowledge of technologies to be implemented within the project and understanding of structured project management methodologies - Experience in people management, goal setting, growth aspects, and coaching to drive team performance and growth About UST: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider that partners with clients from design to operation, embedding innovation and agility into their organizations.
