Project Manager I-Lead Cutover Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing a single project with a TCV of up to 500K, ensuring timely delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, and cost. Your role will involve identifying key stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships, defining project activities, managing risks, tracking project KPIs, and mentoring the team to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities: - Identify key stakeholders and maintain positive business relationships - Communicate regularly with customers and address their needs with empathy - Define project activities, responsibilities, milestones, resources, and budget - Anticipate and manage risks while developing contingency plans - Implement governance models for project success - Track and report project KPIs for analysis - Mentor individuals and teams for high engagement and capability development - Adopt software engineering best practices for project efficiency - Conduct requirements analysis, elicitation, and scope control - Drive the creation of common standards and design documents - Partner with customers to define requirements and conduct impact analysis - Consolidate estimates, evaluate risks, and conduct resource planning - Plan and manage multiple small projects/modules within UST guidelines - Proactively identify and manage project risks and dependencies - Document risks and issues, communicate with stakeholders, and track impacts - Support system integration testing, define test strategies, and prioritize defects - Define/adopt tooling strategies, guide the team for efficient work products - Tailor quality guidelines to meet project requirements and processes - Understand client requirements, map business needs to technology - Analyze project profitability, define pricing models, and conduct estimations - Establish a knowledge management plan and contribute learnings to the repository - Work with account managers to drive project management KPIs - Present proposed solutions to customers, understand solution benefits, and build confidence - Actively participate in forums, share best practices, and adopt reusable methodologies/tools - Assess team skills, define enhancement plans, nurture innovation, and provide feedback Qualification Required: - Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management - Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills - Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools like Jira, MS Teams, and Power BI - Familiarity with agile techniques, metrics analysis, and people management - Understanding of quality and governance models in the organization Company Details: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider that partners with clients to drive innovation and agility in their organizations.
