Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in IT/technology project management.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications is must.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical background in software development or infrastructure is preferred.
