About the Role

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles—from planning and requirement gathering to execution and delivery.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
• Act as a communication bridge between clients, developers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions within scope and budget.
• Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks; implement mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Maintain all project documentation, reporting, and dashboards for both internal and client-facing use.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, APIs, frontend/backend technologies, and databases.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have

• Prior experience in fintech, NBFC, banking, or HFC-related projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Practitioner.
