Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor all construction activities from start to finish.
• Ensure adherence to approved designs, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and consultants for seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
• Manage procurement schedules for construction materials and oversee vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
• Identify potential risks, delays, or cost escalations and implement corrective measures.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management / Architecture or related field.

• 10 –15 years

  of experience in managing large-scale construction projects (preferably hotels).
• Strong knowledge of civil, MEP, interior fit-out, and finishing works.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and other construction management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure timely project delivery.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.
• Previous experience with luxury/premium hospitality projects.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control expertise.
