Role Overview:

Project Manager Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Project

  • Management of Govt examination project operations.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans related to examinations project with timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor and manage multiple projects simultaneously across different regions.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams, project coordinators.
  • Ensure timely training and readiness of teams before deployment.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture aligned with organizational goals.

Operational Oversight

  • Own the full lifecycle of examination operations including venue readiness, logistics, manpower management, project planning and Vendor Management.
  • Ensure SOPs and government guidelines are strictly followed.
  • Maintain high standards in service delivery with a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Updating the project sheet and sharing report to operations Had.
  • Regularly report on project status, issues, and milestones to senior management.

Vendor Management

  • Define categories: exam center operators, IT/tech providers, logistics/security agencies.
  • Monitoring tools: vendor dashboards, real-time tracking of exam material movement, CCTV surveillance at exam centers.
  • Progress review before exam and daily check-ins during execution.

Requirements:

  • Candidates (Male) should be bachelors or Masters degree with good communication skills.
  • Minimum

    7

    years

    of

    experience

    in project or operations management.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex, multi-location projects.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
