Role & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project execution in EPC/EPCM projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams for smooth and timely project delivery. Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resources using standard project management tools. Act as the primary interface with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Identify project risks, manage changes, claims, and variations, and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with contractual terms, HSE standards, QA/QC systems, and statutory regulations. Lead, guide, and motivate multi-disciplinary teams; review progress and report project status to management. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Civil / Electrical / Instrumentation) from a recognized university. 10–15 years of relevant experience in EPC/EPCM or large industrial projects. Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, contracts management, and execution methodologies. Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Office. Good leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. PMP / MBA (Project Management) or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
