Bhadla Job Duties Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager Projects to oversee and coordinate various projects from inception to completion The ideal candi will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project management principles The person will be responsible for defining project scope, setting objectives, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards Key Accountabilities Duty Statements Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, installation, and commissioning of AC electrical systems for solar projects Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution Develop detailed work plans and schedules to optimize resources and meet project deadlines Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support for the design and installation of AC electrical systems Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during project implementation Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards Team Leadership and Training: Supervise and mentor electrical technicians and junior team members Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to promote team cohesion and productivity Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including installation progress, inspections, and testing results Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for internal and client review Ensure all project documentation is organized and readily accessible for audits and future reference Qualifications Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred) Proven experience in AC electrical systems design and installation, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations (NEC, IEEE, etc) Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
