We are seeking a Project Manager with over 10+ years of experience in leading large-scale, complex programs across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a proactive leader, and a collaborative problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments. The candidate should have mandatory experience in leading projects during business transitions like mergers, acquisitions or demergers. 

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for large and complex programs. Experience in transformation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Utilize tools like Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence.

🧠 Skills & Competencies

• 10+ years of professional experience in project/program management.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects in a cross-functional environment.

• Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and a can-do mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.

• Background in Pharma/Healthcare and/or Cyber Projects is a plus.
