• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of the assigned project site, ensuring alignment with objectives, government mandates, and donor priorities
• Recruit and onboard project team members with the required skill sets and establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to guide their performance and accountability
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 30–40 staff, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and results
• Ensure operational efficiency, timely delivery, and high-quality outputs at the project site
• Ensure optimal utilization of organizational resources and maintain records
• Implement and oversee monitoring frameworks to track outputs, outcomes, and project impact
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local government departments, district authorities, and community leaders
• Represent the project in official forums, review meetings, and joint planning exercises with donors and government agencies
• Ensure compliance with all government regulations, MoUs, and reporting requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for donors and funding agencies, including facilitating field visits, audits, and monitoring missions
• Prepare and submit timely donor reports, presentations, and compliance documentation
• Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial discipline
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and administrative processes to ensure transparency and effective resource utilization
• Document best practices, case studies, and lessons learned to support knowledge sharing and replication
• Oversee the design, development, and dissemination of promotion and branding (IEC/BCC) materials, brochure, banner, including, to enhance project visibility
• Ensure project promotion through media coverage
