Project Manager

A Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a project. The Project Manager is accountable for successful project execution and will collaborate with members of several operational teams, and account management to ensure that project objectives are understood by the team and are successfully delivered. Successful project management requires that PMs develop strong working relationships with internal and external clients.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Manage full service, sample only, ad-hoc and tracking projectsSet up and coordinate new and on-going projectsSet client expectations, project delivery timelinesEnsure clear communication and outline of project requirements and timelines with other teams that are related to complete and successfully deliver projectProject coordination with other departments (e.g. sample fulfillment , bid consulting, sales team)Project coordination with external partners – vendors and publishersEnsure timely delivery by all groups involved in all project phasesCost confirmation and InvoicingProactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plansEnsure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet the client’s requirementsPerform all other duties necessary for successful project completionEnsure that client needs and project objectives are consistently metPerform Customer Relationship Management and Team WorkDevelop and maintain strong relationships with assigned sales teamsLearning/participating in training on new tasks related to preparation of a leadership role

Qualifications/Requirements

Post Graduate – Any streamDetail oriented with excellent communication skills;Strong computer proficiency;Possesses strong understanding of market research;Strong problem-solving/trouble-shooting and negotiation skillsMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Must be open to work in night shift.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTESA self-directed individual who knows what needs to be done and operates with urgency, focus and disciplineStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailHave the ability to thrive in a high energy, fast growth, entrepreneurial environmentHave excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation and interpersonalStrong team player who can build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
