Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Team Lead (MERN Stack) who can take full ownership of end-to-end development and lead by example. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, good communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver scalable, high-quality web applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Development & Architecture

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Architect and implement reusable components and modular structures for scalability.
• Optimize APIs, database performance, and application responsiveness.
• Ensure best practices in security, data validation, and error handling.

2. Leadership & Coordination

• Provide technical guidance to developers and ensure coding quality through reviews and mentorship.
• Collaborate with design, QA, and backend teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Act as a bridge between development and management, providing regular project updates.
• Interact directly with clients to understand requirements, clarify technical details, and present progress or solutions.

3. Collaboration & Delivery

• Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and requirement analysis with both team and Client.
• Work with Client to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Oversee deployment, testing, and production releases.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 1–5 years of experience in full-stack development using the MERN Stack.
• Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and database schema design.
• Experience with Redux, TailwindCSS / MUI, and UI integration.
• Familiarity with AWS / DigitalOcean / Nginx / PM2 / Docker is an advantage.
• Strong command over Git, Postman, and agile task tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Exposure to Next.js or microservices architecture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
