Key responsibilities Planning and scheduling: Develop and manage project timelines, set priorities, and organize workflows to ensure timely completion. Budget management: Create and manage project budgets, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and control costs to avoid overspending. Stakeholder communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and other stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and addressing concerns. Team leadership: Hire and lead construction teams, including foremen and subcontractors, and coordinate their efforts to meet project goals. Risk and compliance management: Ensure the project adheres to safety regulations and contractual requirements, and manage risks such as inaccurate planning or complex policies. Procurement and negotiation: Obtain necessary permits, negotiate with vendors and subcontractors, and manage contracts.
