This full-time role is ideal for professionals with 0–3 years of experience in Online Quantitative Market Research. 🧭 Key Responsibilities Ensure efficient project management of online sampling projects, execution and deliverables. Maintain active and effective communication with clients, ensuring their objectives are met and expectations exceeded. Monitor live dashboards, project metrics, and timelines, taking proactive actions to resolve issues or delays. Implement and oversee sampling strategies that align with client goals and project feasibility. Ensure SLAs and quality standards are consistently achieved across all stages of the project lifecycle. Deliver actionable insights and high-impact recommendations based on research outcomes. Support invoicing and client follow-ups, ensuring smooth project closures and documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve timely project delivery and client satisfaction. ✅ Qualifications 0–3 years of hands-on experience in Quantitative Market Research-Online sampling. understanding of research methodologies, online sampling, and panel management tools (API/DIY platforms) is a plus. Team management skills and ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in managing project dashboards, client communications, and internal reporting.
