Hiring for Senior Project Manager – Quantitative Research (Remote, Full-Time) Location: Remote, Permanent | Work Hours: US/EST Time Zone Company: Conclave Market Research Pvt Ltd We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager – Quantitative Research to join our growing team at Conclave Market Research Pvt Ltd . This full-time remote role is ideal for professionals with 2–3 years of experience in Online Quantitative Market Research , who are ready to step into a strategic leadership position. 🧠Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers to ensure high-quality project execution and continuous growth. Own end-to-end project management for online quantitative research studies—from kick-off to delivery. Maintain active and effective communication with clients, ensuring their objectives are met and expectations exceeded. Monitor live dashboards, project metrics, and timelines, taking proactive actions to resolve issues or delays. Implement and oversee sampling strategies that align with client goals and project feasibility. Ensure SLAs and quality standards are consistently achieved across all stages of the project lifecycle. Deliver actionable insights and high-impact recommendations based on research outcomes. Support invoicing and client follow-ups, ensuring smooth project closures and documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve timely project delivery and client satisfaction. ✅ Qualifications 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Quantitative Market Research , with at least 1 year in a senior/leadership/project management role. Deep understanding of research methodologies , online sampling, and panel management tools (API/DIY platforms). Proven team management skills and ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in managing project dashboards, client communications, and internal reporting. Ability to interpret data accurately and provide insights in client-facing discussions.
