We are seeking interested candidates for the role of Project Manager: Quantitative Research- Online sampling, to join our growing team at Conclave Market Research Pvt Ltd. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with 0–3 years of experience in Online Quantitative Market Research.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient project management of online sampling projects, execution and deliverables.
• Maintain active and effective communication with clients, ensuring their objectives are met and expectations exceeded.
• Monitor live dashboards, project metrics, and timelines, taking proactive actions to resolve issues or delays.
• Implement and oversee sampling strategies that align with client goals and project feasibility.
• Ensure SLAs and quality standards are consistently achieved across all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Deliver actionable insights and high-impact recommendations based on research outcomes.
• Support invoicing and client follow-ups, ensuring smooth project closures and documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve timely project delivery and client satisfaction.

✅ Qualifications

• 0–3 years of hands-on experience in Quantitative Market Research-Online sampling.
• understanding of research methodologies, online sampling, and panel management tools (API/DIY platforms) is a plus.
• Team management skills and ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in managing project dashboards, client communications, and internal reporting.
• Ability to interpret data accurately and provide insights in client-facing discussions.
• Willingness to work during US/EST time zone hours.
