Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Werum PAS-X and MES with a strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and requires no travel. The candidate will drive project success and contribute to our companys growth.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Oversee the execution of Werum PAS-X and MES projects ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components.
Provide technical expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems to optimize project outcomes.
Manage project budgets timelines and resources effectively to ensure project success.
Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders ensuring transparency and collaboration.
Develop and maintain project documentation ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues ensuring project continuity and success.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining the highest quality standards.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform project decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Support the development and implementation of best practices and methodologies for project management.
Adapt to rotational shifts and hybrid work model ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to project needs.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Werum PAS-X and MES demonstrating technical proficiency and expertise.
Have a strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems enhancing project outcomes.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills fostering collaboration and teamwork.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities ensuring effective resolution of project challenges.
Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies optimizing project execution.
Display adaptability to rotational shifts and hybrid work environments ensuring project success.
Maintain a proactive and results-oriented approach driving project success and company growth.

Certifications Required

Nice to have : Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification in project management.
