Job Description

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets effectively.
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and reporting.
Ensure quality standards are met while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
Manage vendor/partner relationships where applicable.
Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall practices depending on project needs.
Ensure post-project reviews and knowledge transfer for continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance technical and business priorities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar).
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and risk management abilities.
Highly organized with a focus on execution and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
6–12 years of project management experience (domain-specific experience is a plus).
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is desirable.
Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
