What You’ll Be Doing: Lead Odoo ERP projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met. Manage client relationships , translating business needs into actionable project goals. Oversee project teams , guiding and mentoring them through the project lifecycle. Conduct detailed requirements gathering , system configurations, and process optimizations. Provide expert support and training on Odoo implementations , customizations, and integrations. We’re Looking for Someone Who: Has 5+ years of experience managing Odoo ERP projects (version 12 and above). Is a problem-solver with a track record of successful project delivery . Has excellent leadership skills , able to motivate and manage both technical teams and clients. Holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.). PMP or similar certifications are a plus. Possesses strong communication skills — able to bridge the gap between clients and tech teams.
