Company : CandidRoot Solutions Pvt. Ltd - Odoo Silver Partner About The Job We are looking for an experienced and motivated Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing, developing, and supporting Odoo ERP solutions to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize Odoo modules as per business needs Integrate Odoo with third-party applications Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing systems Maintain existing modules and write clean, efficient code Create functional technical documentation Work closely with the functional team to understand : Proven experience in Odoo development (v12 and above preferred) Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo ORM Experience with PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, and QWeb Good understanding of business processes like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, etc. Ability to work independently and within a team Excellent problem-solving skills Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule : Day shift Supplemental Pay : Yearly bonus (ref:hirist.tech) Show more Show less
