Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution, guide technical teams, and ensure successful delivery of software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of IT project management and development processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to the team in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API) and SQL Server.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct team meetings, track project milestones, and manage risks.
• Review project deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with development, QA, design, and support teams.
• Handle change requests and maintain updated project documentation.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to project team members.
• Communicate project status and updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth project execution and resolve issues or bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 9-10 years of experience in IT project coordination or project leadership.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management processes.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
