Job Description of Project Manager on IE Leachate Treatment Plant(LTP)

• Inspections of project development in Treatment & Disposal (T&D) and Restoration & Stabilization (R&S) of ponds and keep observes on Quality assurance (QA) and Quality control (QC) and shall record details of construction items, Quantities of Leachate treated & disposed and salts/sediments/rejects during T&D and R&S in Measurement book.

• Verify & certify the bills and scrutinizing the various work orders submitted by the contractor.

• Regular Monitoring and communicating to clients on LTP project and on Pre-Treatment Unit and Mechanical Vapour Recompression Evaporator (MVRE) in Low Temperature Evaporator (LTE) in preventive, breakdown maintenance of pumps, motors, vacuum pump, air compressor, boilers, air stripper and 1500kv Diesel generator & 33KV/433V switch yard.

• Monthly/Periodic reports generation, Preparing daily reports and monitoring the work progress of the project in Ms office especially in Excel, Word and outlook and directly reporting to the Clients.

• Coordinating inspection with client & Concessionaire (contractors), Attending meeting between client and contractors in all matter related to the project.

• Submitting Quarterly Bill Invoices and realization of payment in less time.

• Regular updating to Management regards field inspections and bill status payment.

• Monitoring the staff & and teaching new tech ups to junior assistant in field level.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Wastewater / Leachate / Industrial Effluent Treatment Plant projects.

• Hands-on experience in site execution, monitoring, QA/QC, billing, and contractor management

• Exposure to Restoration & Stabilization (R&S) and Treatment & Disposal (T&D) of contaminated ponds or landfill sites preferred.

• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems such as pumps, MVRE units, compressors, DG sets, and boilers desirable.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

• Familiarity with AutoCAD / MS Project / Primavera will be an added advantage

• Strong leadership with ability to manage site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders (client, contractor, management)

• Willingness to work full-time at site (Hyderabad / surrounding project area)

• Flexibility to travel to nearby client or vendor locations as required

• Knowledge of local language (Telugu) preferred
